We are a partnership-based trust company in the Engadin. We are looking for a specialist to complement our team:
Trust Specialist / Payroll Administration (HR) (60% to 100%)
Your new challenge
In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the independent management of trust mandates and will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage accounting and payroll mandates, advise on financial statements and tax issues, and support our audit team with exciting mandates.
Your tasks
- Independent management and support of accounting and payroll mandates
- Final consultations and preparation of interim and annual financial statements
- Tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Support in the area of auditing
- Personal and telephone support for our customers
What you bring with you:
- Training in the trust sector (trustee with eidg. FA or in training is advantageous)
- Professional experience in trust and payroll administration
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Enjoy working with customers and in a team
- Affinity to digital work processes and modern trust tools
- Very good IT- user knowledge

Data Analyst (Business Information Systems) & Trust (m/w/d) (60% to 100%)
RBT AG is an established fiduciary, auditing, and consulting company specializing in supporting SMEs with accounting, tax consulting, auditing, business advisory, and digitalization services. To reinforce our team, we are seeking a highly analytical individual who can combine traditional fiduciary services with data-driven solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Business Informatics:
- Analyze and optimize financial processes using modern data analytics tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize financial and business performance indicators
- Automate and digitalize accounting and reporting processes
- Support the implementation of ERP and BI systems, as well as the development and maintenance of SharePoint solutions
- Provide internal and external support
Fiduciary Services & Finance:
- Manage financial and payroll accounting for both domestic and international clients
- Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns
- Assist in auditing engagements
Your profile
- Completed education or degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, or Fiduciary/Finance and Accounting
- Experience in fiduciary services, finance, and accounting
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and automation solutions in the financial domain
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for advising clients
